Being flexible when integrating with existing software and teams

In this project we worked closely with many internal stakeholders and integrated with existing software, which was a core part of the business.

In that situation it is important as an external part to remember that the solution that works best in general, might not always suit a specific business. Hence it was key for us to keep an open mind and to listen to the people with deeper knowledge of the business. That two way communication paved the way for a succesful project.
